    In the store of your choice within 2-7 working days.

  • Home delivery:

    • Standard delivery - ¥ 10.00 / FREE (Orders over ¥ 199.00)

      The estimated delivery time will be between 2-7 working days, depending on the delivery address.

    • The same day you buy it. - ¥ 10.00 / FREE (Orders over ¥ 199.00)

      Same day delivery within Shanghai for all orders placed before 12:00.

  At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order.  If your order contains fragrances or cosmetics, the transportation will take extra 1-2days.

  Exchanges and returns

  You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your purchase from Zara.com FREE OF CHARGE.

  The exchange option is not available for online purchases. Nevertheless, you can always return your order for FREE within the established return period and place another order.

  • AT A ZARA STORE

    You can return items at any Zara store in the market where the purchase was made as long as the store has the section to which the product belongs – woman, man, kids.

  • HOME COLLECTION

    You can request a home pick-up by going to the orders and returns section.

    Due to the public holidays, return pick up service might suffer a 24-48 hours delays
