HOW TO RETURN

If your purchase has not met your expectations, you can make a return.
You can see the conditions and the different options available for you to return your items.
CONDITIONS TO COMPLETE A RETURN
- You must manage the return before the established deadline:
Online shopping: you have 15 days from the shipping date of your order.
Shop at a physical store: you have 15 days from the date of purchase. - Items must be in their original condition and include all labels.
- You have to make the return in the same market/region where you made the purchase.

RETURNS TO A ZARA STORE
The in-store return option is available only for in-store purchases. Simply provide the items to be returned and your purchase receipt.
Use our store finder to find your nearest Zara store.
HOME COLLECTION
We offer the option of returning your items using our home collection service. The cost of the return request is ¥ 8.00, which will be deducted from your refund.
You can request a return from the Returns section of your account.
You must submit a return request within 15 days from the date the order is shipped. After initiating the return request, you must hand over the returned item(s) to ZARA's designated logistics provider within 48 hours.
Before the return period expires, you may apply for an extension of the pickup service. Upon each approved extension, you will have an additional 48 hours to deliver the item(s) to ZARA's designated logistics provider.
You don't need to print any return label, the courier will bring it with them.
Bear in mind that this option is only available for online purchases.
It is not necessary to include a purchase receipt.
RETURN AT A DROP OFF POINT
You can return your items by dropping off your package at a drop point.
The cost of the return request is ¥ 8.00, which will be deducted from your refund.
You can request a return from the Returns section of your account.
You must submit a return request within 15 days from the date the order is shipped.
Once you have requested the return, we will send you an email with instructions for shipping.
You must place the returned item(s) in a SF Express machine within 72 hours.
Before the return period expires, you may request an extension of the SF Express machine deadline. Upon each approved extension, you will have an additional 72 hours to deposit the item(s) into the locker.
Please follow the instructions to return your item(s) via your preferred SF Express machine.
Please note that your package cannot exceed the size and weight limits of the locker of SF Express machine. Please refer to the actual size of the locker:
- Small (34cm*45cm*8cm, maximum weight of parcel: 1kg)
- Medium (34cm*45cm*19cm, maximum weight of parcel: 3kg)
- Large (34cm*45cm*29cm, maximum weight of parcel: 5kg)
Bear in mind that this option is only available for online purchases.
It is not necessary to include a purchase receipt.
When making a return request, if your order contains a large HOME item, we will ask you to contact us for a home return.
