Invoice for an in-store purchase: if you have made a purchase in one of our Zara stores and you need an invoice, you can request one at any time by going to a store and providing your receipt.
Invoice for an online purchase: As per the national tax regulation, you have the right to ask value-added tax invoice when you purchase at Zara. If you need the invoice, please give us the necessary information. There is no need to provide us with any certification or other documentation.
